That's tough to answer because it can vary quite a bit depending on the situation and circumstances.

There are times when time is an issue such as the kids coming home or getting up in the morning, perhaps some quick shower sex before work, etc., etc. So sometimes those are only 10-15 minutes and don't necessarily involve all the things we like to do. But we do make sure that each of us gets off at least once.

However, when it's just us and there are zero outside distractions such as weekends when the kids are gone or being on vacation together alone, our sessions can last several hours each and involve all manner of foreplay, oral, as well fucking in multiple positions and certainly more orgasms as a result.
