How many pairs of shoes is too many?

Well I did in the end get three pairs for xmas, but I have also since then bought two paors of boots in the sales

Personally, I don't think a woman can ever have too many shoes, or too many of anything for that matter

I've somewhere around 20-30 pairs myself. It's one of only three things I actually enjoy shopping for (the other two being jewelry and lingere).

I also love shopping for lingerie & clothes in general. I have a real thing for short skirts, its finding tops that I like thats the problem.

I suppose I'm just a bit odd, but I can't stand shopping for the most part. I get agitated standing at the checkout. Don't even get me started on Christmas!

So for me, it's mostly online shopping. With the exception, of course, of my holy trinity.

What I truly hate is supermarket shopping, I try to avoid it a all costs.
I doo a lot of online shopping too especially at xmas, dont have the patience to wander round aimlessly looking for pressies.

Shoes are very important because the shoes you wear help to make you a confident person....well, thats my excuse for my collection and i'm sticking to it.

At the moment I am almost consistently in a pair of green ankle boots with the most beautiful heels ever.... they make me slightly taller and bring out the amazingness of my legs....someone has always commented on them whenever i wear them...I've started dressing to match the boots...lol

In the summer I have some awesome hippy sandles, they have a wedge heel and flowers all over them...they're amazing! I had to break up with a bf cus he was shorter than me when I wore the sandles and he didn't like it so it was a choice between having him as a bf or wearing the sandles....it was an obvious decision to me....think he was a bit shocked by it all.....

Ah...So THAT'S why I never dated any male under 6'! Most of my shoes make me at least that or taller.

lol, well it does come down to priorities, its so much easier to find another partner than a really comfortable pair of shoes

I'm only 5'11 with them on but he got all grumpy bout it.....the problem with him was that while he was moaning about me being taller than him he totally forgot to tell me how amazing my shoes were!!!

Here's a thought, since it's getting late here, and I'm in a hot chocolate and fuzzy blanket type of mood and not necessarily a sexy one; anyone got a slipper collection? I have an obligatory fuzzy pair (are you seeing a theme here yet? lol), but I would absolutely LOVE to have a pair like what you'd see a classic Hollywood moviestar wear- y'know, the ones with the little heel and boa-like fringe accross the top? I think those would be positively fun to run around the house in all day!

I'm kind of doing that now, since most of my things are still in packing boxes. I can't wait til we get settled in- it'll be like Christmas all over again! Then I have to think about where to put them all now that I've bought more pairs while the others were still packed.
