How to add Chapter 2 to a story

Hi, I read somewhere how to add a chapter to an existing story but can't find it now. Can anyone tell me how to add a chapter to a story I wrote? Thank you.

All I did was add "Ch. 2" to the title and made a note in the box that it was a second chapter. They did the rest for me.

For consistency, you'll want to do "My Story Title Ch. 02"

That also prevents the order from getting messed up in the list if you ever submit more than nine chapters.
