So I managed to have been "banned" from the Lit chatrooms. I have already contacted a chat moderator via the "contact" options listed, as well as the site owner and haven't heard back. I can't imagine just how many emails that may be sent on a daily basis but I think I've been patient.

I guess lesson learned is that the word "non consent" in aspect of speaking of genre's on Literotica is a bannable offense...would've been nice to know that before I was slapped w/ a ban. :(

Christ - use your head. If you have banned, you did something way against the rules. But you have been given some leeway. You've been banned, but still managed to get this thread on here.

Just come back on under a new name and don't repeat the same mistake. If you get banned a second time, you should get the message that you are not welcomed on this site.

The nicest thing about public sites is we don't have to follow your constitutional rights. If you don't fit in, you won't be allowed to participate. The nicest thing about this site, is even if you don't fit in, you can still visit.

Good grief who pissed in your cheerios?! Someone needs to get some! The forums (where this thread is showing up) are NOT the same as the chat room -or did that somehow not register?

If you've contacted the chat monitors, you've done about all you can do. You may or may not get reinstated at some point. The site owners have better things to do than hear complaints regarding chat, and there's likely no way to prove your case to them.

My advice is to look for another place to chat, since Lit chat is riddled with problems, including people being banned at the drop of a hat, lots of downtime and chat monitors who don't respond. Someone might be wise to start a chat for Litsters in another place that has a more stable platform; maybe you could focus your energy on doing that?

Thank you. Actually at the time of the ban, another chat monitor saw it happen, and even he was puzzled why it occured -as he saw what I typed, so I know I could ask him to "vouch" for me regarding what I said.

But thank you for your reply. Yes you are right, it seems like people are being banned at the drop of a hat, for frivolous infractions.
