Do you have realplayer installed? I believe thats required in order to hear the audios.
As bisexplicit said, you have to have Real Player installed, it's a free download.
You don't say what OS you're running, but I would check the audio controls: Start : Control Panel : Sounds and Audio Devices. Make sure the box isn't checked that says "Mute", also make sure that the volume sliders are all on.
Try re-booting your computer, Real Player may have "Hung" for one reason or another.
Check to see if the audio cables are plugged in and the speaker volume control isn't turned off.
If that fails it could be your sound card, does any sound come from your computer at all?
