Hey everyone, I bought a vibrator yesterday and i put the batteries in today and it turned on the low setting. But it wont change settings even though it is supposed to have 8 different settings. The batteries are new, well two of them are, the other two were used to the tv remote but they arent old I dont think. And I tried holding down the buttons and taking the batteries out and putting them back in. It isn't a cheap on, 40 dollars and I was wondering if anyone had any advise?

hey guys nevermind i got it! batteries were in unside down^^' i'm a silly person, heh. thanks though!

Lol was about to suggest that start with the simplest thing and work from there.

Lol, well i'm pretty nervous sense it's my first one that's of actual, uhm, size. sense my first ever one was small. this ones a bit bigger and has alot more functions and a rabbit attached to it.

I havn't used it for penatration yet. but I used the rabbit and it was amazing. It'd been forever sense I'd felt that good.

I'm glad to hear that all is working correctly now, hopefully it brings you to many great orgasms.

just be glad you didnt do what i did.. lol
i put the batteries in backwards, then when i went to take them out to fix it, i somehow lodged one of the batteries...and now i cant get it out..... the battery i mean lol
so basically - im stuck with a vibrator that doesnt vibrate. i dont wanna go up to someone n say "hey can you get this out for me, its stuck" like i would do with anything else lol

i've tried everything from a butter knife to needle nose plyers lol i dont know how i got it stuck so bad but i did lol i told the boyfriend about it the other day and i thought he was gonna die laughin at me lol he's gonna get it out for me this weekend.

Silly, your boyfriend isn't battery powered, he probably didn't like where you stuck that battery. The butter knife and pliers probably didn't help matters any either. Next time, just try a couple beers and a nice negligé. ;)

Are you trying to pry the battery out from the middle? That won't work. There are springs that hold the batteries tight - try prying from the end, push down a little against the top edge of the battery and then try to ease it out.

Were you using anything like Duracell? they put a plastic coating on their batteries for some reason that makes them bigger. If you put the same kind of battery back, it will happen again.
