How to show pictures

Sorry for the newbie question - how to you get threads to show pictures and not just links please?

You have to put the image on a site like image box that hosts images and then you can post a link to the pic.

Also be warned that you can send a photo link to someone but for some reason it takes a few days to load. A friend on here sent me some photos the snow he had and I didn’t see it for about three days
