When I was with my last girlfriend we did it doggy and I would vary my thrusts, to the left, to the right, straight in, try to caress as much of her beautiful insides as I could and I would occasionally slide slowly in as deep as possible. A couple times when I did this she said "ow" but then encouraged me to keep going. I never intended on hurting her and only wanted to make her feel as good as possible. Have any of you had this experience, on the giving or recieving end? Is this something that is really painful or could cause damage? What are your thoughts on this ladies?

you probably hit her cervix, that can hurt sometimes.

You can also accidentally bump an ovary and that hurts too. How much depends on how sensitive she is and how forceful you are, I guess. I doubt you could cause any real damage, but check with her doc if you're really concerned.
