I believe....

"I believe that sex, is one of the most natural, wholesome and enjoyable things...that money can buy."

Steve Martin

I believe

Illness teaches us more than any of us ever would think it could.

The love of a good man, or woman, can make us stronger, better, and more content.

Candor is overrated. It’s hard to unsay what you’ve said in anger and almost impossible to take back what you’ve written.

Exercise doesn't take time away from our day, it adds years to our lives.

This is sig-line worthy, just so it can be seen by many, over and over and over.

I knew there was a reason I liked you so.

I believe...

the entrepreneur spirit is a great and mighty thing....but there is much to be said for having someone ELSE write the cheques at the end of the week.

a little washboard road now and again serves to remind us that good shocks and handling will only get you so far....sooner or later, you gotta ease off the accelerator.

raking leaves is an exercise in futility. Buy a mulcher.

I believe....that despite thinking 'quietlyhorny's' av is adorably funny, that DOGS make much better pets than cats, and that BIG DOGS are waaaaaaaaaaay more fun than little ones.

I believe....great sex should always be followed by a raiding of the refrigerator.
I believe great sex should be followed by mo great sex, then raid the fridge for great sexual food.....:)

I believe anything that can be licked off ones body, and also Frozen Peach Schnapps it is not food but it is delightful when licked....:)
Slushes are really good drinks to lick off a body. My gf really enjoys the coldness of the drink and the warmth of my tongue.

I believe judging people by their appearance is a huge mistake no matter where they fall in the "looks" spectrum.

I believe, contrary to the belief of others, NO ONE has it all figured out.

I believe when one spins the wheel of condemnation, they best be prepared for it to stop on their own name from time to time.

I believe that wishing things were different, is a phenomenal experiment in self torture, a waste of time....and if you don't like how things are...look into changing them, or learn to live around them. *nods*

Wow such deep introspection there. I agree completely.

I believe the love of family and friends can get me through just about anything.

I certainly am not an open book to strangers, but when I am in a relationship (dating, family, or just friends) that I am going to tell them the truth, and not cover up or lie about myself. If people can't accept me as I am or for what I have done, then I ought not be there anyway.

I have to admit, though, that maybe I apply this standard too much to people I know who are not as comfortable with those ideas, even though I really can't understand why people would choose to live a different way.

*any comments here are not directed at anyone on this board, they are just things I've learned ... and some of them learned well.

I believe there is no shame in admitting you are wrong, or don't know about something. That being said, it is often a shame when you assume you do, and don't.

I believe there are things that others find kind of lame, that really aren't, Karaoke, barn dances, pictionary....these simple, but fun things often bring us closer together and paint a very nice picture in our life books.

I believe too much stuff, or things aquired, can bog you down, just as much as too much emotional baggage can.

I believe it is time for me to go for a ride. I have puttered around this house and worked on these papers and answered phones long enough!

I believe I will pop back in and see if somebody bothers to come in and to say hello after their marathon last night. -smile-
