Several possible reasons why I didn't respond to your PM

1) You sent it at a point when I had dozens of other PM's and yours just kinda got lost amongst them, in such scenario's I apologize.

2) I just wasn't in the mood to respond when I read it, then I forgot about it, again apologies.

3) You prove yourself to be an idiot by asking me to send pics or Skype despite my bio very clearly stating that under no circumstances should you. Expect to be ignored from that point onwards.
