I Don't Get.....

IDG why people can't just give without making big deal. If your are going to give "freely" then why do you make a big deal about out? My motto is never borrow what I can't pay back, but never give what I can't afford to lose..

Took me awhile to reply as I was making sure I didn't need to start said reply with IDG. Don't want to be a rule breaker. Yes, heard of Viagra. Don't need it myself but kudos to you for giving it a go. Fuck, that sounded mean. I'm a bit snarky tonight. Feel free to boot me from the thread. :D

I don't get why breaking rules is frowned upon around here. Snark is always welcome on any thread I've taken over and marked as my own. It's the ones that actually think they should be taken serious you gotta watch out for. They've got issues. :eek:

I don't get why MLB does not try to appeal to the younger crowd like NBA and NFL......

I don't get why anyone would try to appeal to a younger crowd. Justin Bieber, The Kardashians, Teen Mom are just some of the obvious examples. Baseball actually takes focusing for more than 140 characters. They wouldn't get it. :cool:

I don't get to say this much, but I sort of agree.

Why try and shift your target audience? That 'younger crowd' will inevitably grow out of the schlock they are currently interested in and look for more mature pursuits. It would be marketing suicide for those activities to begin courting the adolescent demographic when in time those same people will turn away from what they find so alluring now. (Or are Back Street Boys posters still selling like hot cakes everywhere but here?)

I don't get why you can't just admit I'm a freaking guru of awesomeness. And to expound on the perfect alliterations you have festooned upon this delectable thread, they also run the risk of alienating the actual fans they do have. Then they'd be stuck with over-payed athletes, massive stadiums they've forced on their tax base, and no way to offload their expenses on a cable network.
 
I don't get why prefacing my "I don't gets" with IDG instead of "I don't get" would even be on the table for discussion. Does it really matter if I choose to use a little shorthand every now and again?

I don't get why people really think they have to follow rules on my threads. I'm all into the anarchy of mess with the tudes. Maybe they'd lose the wedgie and drop their panties if they relaxed and realized the playground is about me messing with all of you.
