I have all the questions.

Ick! I didn't quite vomit from the motor oil... but then, fortunately, I didn't swallow any of it...

Snails, cooked. For extra credit even...
especially if they were cooked. i've had them in Belgium, France, and the US. They're actually quite good. Now, let's delve into Puerto Rican cooking over the holidays.

Jellied Pickled Pig Feet. Not gross for the taste, but for the texture. The disgusting things remind me of eggs, and i'll only put one kind of egg in my mouth. i managed to eat everything my buddy's Mom said i should eat without hurling. For doing so, i got the lion's share of the empenadas.

Fresh blood mixed with fresh milk drank out of a dried gourd in the Masai Mara.

This is a major tradition in the Masai tribe, and I guess I wanted to "be down". The taste and texture still gives me nightmares.

What freaked you about the taste, combination of the milk taste with the coppery, salty taste of the blood?

The viscosity of the mixture was the worst part i think, but I'm no vampire like SOME Doms.

Interesting, and i mean simply from the viscosity standpoint. The milk makes the blood congeal, or the other way around?

I love that you're so interested in this.

I'm not sure if either congeals but they did not mix as well as i'd expected. It almost tasted like the blood was IN the milk, rather than blended. To me raw milk is a little gross by itself, but drinking (not tasting, drinking) warm blood with it was nightmarish.

Two disparate, complex proteins if i remember my zoo days correctly. Taking a WAG, but the clotting agents might interact wildly with some of the denser parts of the milk suspension. Never thought of blood butter before, but now i've got another Google search besides self expanding O-ring, navel torturing devices. Raw milk gross because of the temperature, or lack of processing?

Well i have a hard time considering that cheese to be food. Probably gasoline from siphoning.

Both, and it has a harsher smell.

Bleu cheese is tastier than tasty.

Hey, it's a Navarre sighting! :nana: Back to your regularly scheduled discussion of nasty things that some people put in their mouths.... like Bleu cheese.

If you could have a grand, beautiful front porch with a relaxing porch swing overlooking any place or thing in the world, what would it overlook?

The Ocean....preferably along some nice warm coastline.
