although reality projects you'd be giving out verbal
lashings, now if its tongue lashings I'll stand in
line...hehehehe...but self defense is great for
young and old, but to respect the knowledge you
are shown and to have...SELF CONTROL...is also
important in your training...This power that you feel
should only be excercised in a dojo or a workout
area,,, a miniture cosmos where you prepare
yourself for the aggressive ways of the universe...
not to prevoke in order for you to test your new
skills.

However, hehehehe amicus has made several
undesireable comments...and a good verbal lashing
I can sit back and snicker too....

I am glad to see more people training and learning
I only wish more would focus on meditation and
