Show us your doughnuts!

Evening Soph.
Good to see you again. :)

Cookie night-

Two things:
those ravioli/s'mores cookies looked really really good, and I wanted some.
I didn't like who was picked as the winner on the gingerbread competition. Tho I was glad the Harry Potter theme won.

I liked those too. Did you find the recipe?
Those houses were amazing if not anal retentive.
I liked Paula Dean's cookies too.

No, and I need to go look for it. I also want to find the website for that guy who makes the copper cookie cutters cuz I collect cookie cutters, and he had a few designs that looked cool.
My favorite house was the bed and breakfast where she had totally decorated the inside (the one with the leopard skin rug).

I watched a gingerbread house competition last night. I loved them all , though I do think they sucked jusding the kids catagory. They knew there was no way that 5 year old kid made that one.

I know! And they said there was no rule about parental help- that's bullshit. Some of those kids did their own work. Not fair for a parent assisted one to win.

OMG....that was an awesome house!

Yea for the recipe. Thank you.

Woodnymph: what was bad about that is that the parents were allowed to help.

I loved the Harry Potter one as well.

I live for cookies.
I have the urge to bake now.

I used to have a Hershey recipe cookie book and in it was a reciped for chocolate cutout cookies that were really great, but I think I loaned it to someone who I don't see anymore.

I saw that house and I said- that's the one. And then the one who won it wasn't even that detailed! I mean, the concept was really cool but compared to some of the others, I didn't think it deserved to win.
