I miss the mornings that my Marine would come home from a 24 hour shift, (in his flightsuit.. YUM), sneak into bed and try to catch a glance or a feel before i was fully awake.

I miss feeling the passion and heat of his kisses and the way our lips cling as he pulls away, the strength of his body near mine, the way his eyes look into mine, like they are looking into my soul.
I miss his voice, and his arms around me. I miss the sound of his breathing as he holds me in his sleep, his legs tangled with mine. I miss his fingers trailing and tripping along my skin, making me feel so very loved.
I miss the way he holds my hand and rubs his fingertips against the tips of my nails. The ways we find to touch and be close no matter where we are.
The sounds of him, whether laughing, sighing or saying my name. The smell of him. The taste of him. I miss the feel of his flesh against my own. I miss his skin.
I miss the way we are when we are together.
I miss having him near...that's the biggest 'I miss' of all.
What don't I miss would be an easier question, I do believe.
