... wondering if today was the day that "looks would kill", and giving my friend a play by play about what was happening at the breakfast buffet so that she could properly enjoy the show when she got to see it live....good breakfast theatre is so hard to come by these days.

I miss Summer. Oh how I loved the days I could take my turntable out on the deck, play some Coltrane and create some music.

I miss my grandfather and grandmother..this is a very reflective time of year for me...almost the second anniversary of my grandfathers death and the 10th of my grandmothers has only just past.

There is a massive hole in my heart that shall never be filled..I miss you both more than words could ever begin to say.. You made me who I am today, and for that I truly am indebted..I know you would never want me to think this let alone say it...however it is true...

I wish you could see your great grandchildren...they know you through me.. I speak of you constantly...through pics and through your wise words you taught me.

I hope you are watching me today and are proud...that is all I could ever want...I love & miss you both inexorably ......
