I told you it was fixed

Check the join date. I don't think Lone_Hawk is an alt. He's burning a 20-year-old Lit account simping for Trump.
What an odd posting history for Mr. Hawk:
  • Registers in 2004, shitposts a month's worth of "look at all these nekkid women I've taken photos of!" (no replies)
  • Eleven years dormant, then shows up to tell Botany Boy (!!!) what a manly man he is in a single thread (BoBo has a documented history of using sock puppets like that) but then...
  • Another four year hiatus, shows up in a single random political thread in 2019
  • ANOTHER five year hiatus, begins shitposting constantly about the benefits of libertarianism and how evil Marxist are (and of course errything he doesnt like is "Marxist"

The objective reality is that Donald Trump is a convicted criminal, and Obama, Biden, and the Clintons are not.
Because they are the primary motivators behind the Trump prosecution. This has been the non-stop case since 2016.

The objective reality is that Donald Trump is a convicted criminal, and Obama, Biden, and the Clintons are not.
More the point: Trump BROKE THE LAW. Obama and Biden did not.

This is the important part. Justice should be equal and nobody should be above it. (And with that said, if there is evidence against the Clintons then they too should face justice.)

I’m referring to the appeal process. What steps will it need to go through before a SCOTUS decision?
According to a retired state judge, there are three levels of state appeals. Trump must weave through those three levels first before asking for a Supreme Court intervention. If he is unsatisfied with those level decisions and it is related to something he can claim as a federal matter in the decisions [those being somehow related to the state criminal fraud statutes regarding financial business fraud], he can ask them to take up the matter.

The SC will determine if he has a federal worthy case or not. If so, he may get a SC hearing.
