They didn't really have American style biscuits when I was there...biscuits are cookies. And I don't remember pork sausage either, but I'm not positive of that..


Basically....The Brits are no where near as proficient at breakfast as Hillbilly Americans..

Nope.. it's not a real biscuit either.. like in my pic.

Biscuits are as big as a persons hand sometimes, like Tudors biscuits... scones are about the size of a quarter. The biscuit may have come from somewhere else, but like we normally do here, we fixed and perfected it.
