Donny Osmond -- I used to practice kissing with his "Puppy Love" album cover. Yes, I said ALBUM, as in vinyl, as in played on a phonograph! Hrumph.

William Shatner as James T. Kirk. -- Oooh, at least every other episode he had his shirt off.

My fifth grade teacher, Mr. Reed. -- Thinking back, I actually suspect he was gay.

Gaucho baby! Good to see ya back!

Good to be back, sweetie. Although, for the moment at least, I'm still in hit and run mode. However, once I get my Internet connection sorted out, I do expect to be back on with some regularity. So, did I win the bet?

Oh, yeah. FUCK! That was for you, Siren. I'm back, baby.

And BTW, if the rumors regarding the penis size of the Cassidy boys (and father Jack, as well) are true, it's no wonder you had a crush on him. You always did know how to pick 'em. :)

Gaucho, that is too cool. It's raining here (Thank GOD! Here's hoping it does more good than harm for the fire situation), so I'm not in need of your air conditioning. But I can always pretend.. ;)

Does anyone remember the name of She-Ra's redheaded friend? I think it was something like Angelica.. I think she was probably my first female crush. Always did have a thing for redheads.

Honey, let me tell you, we just had a cold snap through here that had me searching for my long johns! Yesterday morning it was 39 degrees here in the Champlain Valley and this morning it was even colder. Yikes! Turn up the heat, baby. I've got all the cold air you could ever want.

Red heads, huh? Is it true you once had a thing for Brenda Starr?

SAME HERE RON G.

I'm with you Ronnie boy, Back in the 80's, I would stay up late just to watch Linda Ellabee on the nightly news. (To the point whereas I was pissed when they cancelled the ABC Nightly News in New Orleans.) I thought that she was very intelligent and humourous. She inspired me alot to which I had wanted to be a journalist. She's a reporter on Nickolodeon now. She's picked up some weight but she is still that Linda that we remembered on the nightly news.

Bobby Sherman

I'm two degrees of separation from the Bob-man. I know one of the "Here Comes the Brides" cast members.

Wanna touch me?

Ohhh, thanks Dixon. I was getting worried, you hadn't dropped a name in so long.. *impish grin* And I wouldn't mind touching you, but not because of the Bobby Sherman thing. ;)

Gaucho baby-- Dee-AIII! That's what I call cold. Brenda Starr.. Wasn't that an 80s\early 90s movie about a guy who falls in love with his newspaper reporter cartoon character? If I'm thinkin' right, that chick WAS pretty hot..

Close, sweetie, but no cigar. Brenda Starr originally appeared in the papers as a comic strip starting, I don't know, many years ago. And the movie (which tanked, btw) starred none other than....drum roll, please!

Brooke Shields. How's about that for name dropping?

What do you think? Do you want to touch me now?

LOL! Well, when you live in Hollyweird you can't swing a dead cat without hitting an old MGM kid or two.

~~~IN THE IMMORTAL WORDS OF DAVID CASSIDY...(AND HIS PENIS SIZE-YES I DO ALWAYS PICK EM GAUCHO BABY)..."I THINK I LOVE YOU, SO WHAT AM I GONNA DO NOW...." FOR YOU GAUCHO.~~~
FUCK YOU, FUCK ME, FUCK US. :p~ [/B]
Damn, Siren honey. I mean, DAMN! I missed you too, babe. But don't worry, I'm back for good (that is, when the local cable company gets off it's ass and installs my cable modem - for now I'm still stuck with lousy dial-up connection). But...for you, I'll be around.
OMG,Siren, I loved Bobby Sherman, I had the posters, albums & everything. I never went anywhere on Friday nights so I could stay home & watch "Here Come the Brides." I think I even remember the theme song, but trust me, you DON'T want me to sing-hehehehehe. I saw Bobby on a VH1 Where are They Now special & he is still looking good.
SHIT YEA TERESAFANNIN.....
:p
Some of the songs I remember are:
Easy Come, Easy Go
Julie, Do Ya Love Me
Seattle-Theme from Here Come the Brides
Very early in the 60's, he was on Shindig, I was a bit too young to remember that one, but have seen reruns of it. That is so funny that someone besides me remembers Bobby Sherman. I even had posters on my ceiling from Tiger Beat Magazine, am I showing my age or what?
My mom had a bunch of old records, and one of them was Bobby Sherman. I think it belonged to my sister. I used to listen to it, and it was pretty good. Unfortunately, she got rid of her old console record player, and I think that record was in there. Not sure, though. It may have been one that I salvaged when I moved out.
