Which just goes to show who the smart one in that family is. Libertarians are an unfortunate bunch. Mostly mythical and always self delluded.

Just a few years ago it was fashionable in knuckledragging Wingnut circles to bash "Ivory Tower" academics, who had no appreciation for the way the world "really worked".

Today, however, Glibertarians have largely adopted the theoretical Libertarian State as the ideal vision of a perfect society. Of course, Somalia and the Dominican Republic show the folly of the practical application of Glibertarian Derp.

They do have a distressing habit of putting down education. It's not just Somalia and the DR though, you can look right here in the US and see the difference between Republican and Democrat run states and Texas is the closest thing to a good state they have.

Why even Robert Nozick, the philosophical father of libertarianism, gave up on the movement he inspired.

Nozick is one of the very few thinkers that presented a semi-decent argument of libertarianism.
