No, this is more like a general statement. Don't you hate it, when you log on to Lit again and again, and there are no really interesting new threads and you'd wish there was a pm, that was sent to you on free account rather than you sent it first?

Um, honestly, I don't believe I'm about to say this. But no, however, our disagreeance is mostly one of terminology, or perhaps it's a empty/full glass issue.

I enjoy the unprovoked PM, but I accept them almost as gifts. Odd now that I've posted it, but true. I like to hear from people, like that someone, even someone halfway across the globe, has thought to send a heads up to me, whether it's a response to a post I made, or just a general hello. But I can't say I'm disappointed to now recieve one.

In this one occasion, I'd say the glass is half-full for me.

yes, unprovoked PMs are nice. just not during working hours Monday through Thursday because I can't log on to Lit to retrieve them until I get home!
