I Wonder . . . .

I wonder why I keep having nightmares about buses. Getting on the wrong one, the driver refusing to let me off unless I kill the wasps, then one about it taking too long to get to Glasgow airport (where I haven't been for years...) despite the help of some local teenagers with the German language ticket machine...

I am always ao fascinated by the meaning of dreams...when I read this post I googled up dreams about buses...wow...so much interesting data...

I wonder if the people who tell me that I should not judge a woman by what she wears understand how making fun of one political parties outfits while praising the other parties outfits confuses the shit out of me.

I wonder how far I would have to run to burn off a DQ blizzard. Large. Cheesecake.

I wonder if it will snow again this winter. Right now it's warm and rainy and it's the end of January.

what the longest amount of time a person has slept. Not including illness or medical treatment, but just someone who loves sleeping. Would our bodies hibernate or are there mental and physical harmful changes?

Ever since my son was born I've tried to turn my personal nap time into a hobby. Semi-seriously. My ambition is to get 12 to 13 hours of sleep in one day; so far I'm missing that mark by about 3 hours, and that's on my best days.

Which unfortunately is only on the weekends, generally cause of work. My work is both insane but also kind of flexible, so I can snatch a 30 minute nap on some weekdays.

But I've read that you can train your body to sleep 13 or 14 hours...particularly if you are high school athlete or something. Ugh. Also that the Spanish might be onto something when it comes to siesta, our bodies may be wired to take a longish nap in afternoon, and then work, play live into later in the evening.

Okay! I've been rambling on about one of my passions, lol. Going to shut up now. :D

I wonder if the the female college grad student I picked up as Uber passengers last night has heard of condoms or STDs based on the story she was telling her friends who were in the car with her.
