ICE Shoot International Press with Rubber Bullets in LA

This is what happens when you give a knuckle dragger MAGAt a weapon and a uniform, they act like uncivilized barbarians. I hope she sues the dog shit out of these people.
"I'm standing in the middle of a riot and got shot by a rubber bullet. Waaaa. I'm gonna sue"! :)

Five officers didn’t die on Jan 6. One died of a stroke later and was confined that was natural causes. Four protesters died, coronary’s all except one.

An Air Force Veteran named Ashli Babbitt. She was gunned down in cold blood by a capitol cop. She was unarmed. Her family was just awarded over $4mil for her wrongful death.

Glad I could help clear those Radicalized democrat talking points up for you.
Should have been more body bags that day.

I wish Democrats were cool enough to support this. It was an LA cop ran by a Democrat mayor that did it.
Exactly. She was shot by LAPD, not ICE. Blame Democratic Mayor Karen Bass. She’s totally incompetent.

On Sunday, June 8, 9 News Australia shared a video on X showing their U.S. correspondent, Lauren Tomasi, being "caught in the crossfire as the LAPD (Los Angeles Police Department) fired rubber bullets at protesters in the heart" of the city.

I don't know what your point was in posting this, but I feel completely safe in assuming if Kent State happened today, you'd be posting one comment after another about how they should've shot a lot more than the four they got. And you would undoubtedly add a :) every time, too.

Not even close to what happened today. I just like the song. :)

Aside from the fact that they haven't yet killed anyone, it is actually pretty close. Peaceful protesters against a deplorable US policy, and the government sends thugs after them. And you do understand the song - which was written by an illegal immigrant - was intended to condemn the behavior you're cheerleading for here, don't you?

Peaceful? Lol. :)

You really believe that is how history will remember this day? :)
That's not what I said. I have a degree in history, so I'm well-versed in how full history is of things "everybody knows" that didn't really happen the way people think they did, and in many cases didn't really happen at all. But you didn't ask (until now) how I thought history would remember this event. You asked about what actually happened. Those are two different things, and you know it, which is why you moved the goalposts there.

By the way, thank you for proving my point re: Kent State. :)

You seem to be the only one to know what the hell your point is. What I do know is the optics of the the day will swing middle America toward deportation. You lefterners will be looking at each other wondering what happened. :)

Don't be silly, there will always be xenophobia in the US (and every other country). But the Republicans aren't going to turn the public any harder towards deportation, because they've already been hitting that issue too hard for too long. They're maxed out. Seeing the national guard firing at protestors - even rubber bullets - is not going to sell well with anyone who wasn't already firmly in Trump's corner.
