so tomorrow i'm going to get my hair cut and i'm thinking about doing something crazy

i've dyed my hair a lot. in january i bleached streaks and dyed them bright orange. i had a friend do it and...well... that was a mistake. i've also done dark red streaks, and blonde highlights (at different times).

soo... any ideas on what to do now? this time i'll have a professional doing it so i can be daring. if it will help i'll post pics of my hair.

seXieLeXie, what's going to look good has a lot to do with your skin tone and eye color. I think that blonde highlights are usually are very safe and attractive way to go although they don't look quite right on me. My best advice would be to seek advice of a stylist who really knows what she's doing. Hope it works out.

I agree with Cocoa, you need to work with your coloring and personally, I think it looks best to stay in the range of your natural hair color - maybe just boosting it up or down for drama.

Oh, and don't cut it! I like long hair.

ah but it's winter break MM so i'm actually in San Francisco, which really is the city by the bay.
and the suicide rate is actually below the national average. it got that rep a few years ago because a dateline special was shot there.

although i was toying with the idea of short hair, it really doesn't look good with my face shape. my eyes are a medium brown and i'm probably a little darker than you ruby but not much.

I get bored easily and that's one thing that is easy to change.

Lex...talk to the person that is doing your hair. They should have a good idea of what will work for you. Color and cut wise. If they don't have a clue I'd leave.

Why do women change their hair?

Because men biologically speaking, desire a variety of partners.
This is a way for women to meet that desire in a subconcious kind of way. If she can renew herself she can keep him from losing interest indefinitely. Of course if he doesn't notice, he's in trouble.

The woman I love used to change her hair everytime she got bored or sick. She'd change her hair, and her attitude would follow.

it's just a symbol of personal change.
Lexxie has had a tough week, I'd want to change my luck if I were in her shoes.
