"If I could go back and change the title..."

To be fair to my title... It involves a girl who is expected, by both her family and his, to date and eventually marry her male best friend.

Then his oldest brother and a Popsicle get involved and everything goes sideways when little brother surprises them just before they get too carried away.

It's a fun little story, lol. I want to rewrite it and clean it up some. Sticky Popsicle drips being licked up will stay, older brother teaching younger brother how to get the girl off (because older brother had a couple of hours to work out some of her buttons already) is probably gonna go. It's also one of the first erotica stories I wrote so it's super disjointed.

Basically, I like the premise, but I can do better with it than what I delivered on previously.

Popsicles are hot as fuck, hope you had him put it inside, then himself to get that weird cold fuck.

Oh, um...yeah, anyway, carry on.

But do you ever look at a story of yours that's struggling for attention and think, "If only I'd given it a different title"?

Yeah, "The Spring Dance Patsy". What a shit title. But then again, it's a shitty story, so it deserves a bad title. I'm kinda glad it doesn't get more attention.

Yeah, I probably should have called Pygmalion 3.0 something like "My fair butch". The original title is just a bit too clever-clever (though it did provoke some interesting comments) and I bet that put people off.

I mean, it's doing fine in terms of views and ratings, but in retrospect that was a bit of a wanky, "look at me, aren't I well-read" title.

I do now regret my decision to include "Oz Beach Boy" in all my titles. While it ties my stories together, and makes them instantly recognisable, I think it's also an instant turn-off for some readers. It also gives me less room to move with my titles, and especially hinders in the fantasy-type categories. No big deal, but definitely something of a regret...I'm too, ahem, anal to veer from my chosen course now...
