If I post a story here...

Since you own the copyright to anything you post here, "Previously Published" is the restriction that you need to be most concerned about.

Once something is posted online, even if it is for peer-to-peer review on a site accessible to the general public, it is typically considered "published". You need to check with the specific literary magazines to see what their policy is on previously published works.

In my experience most publications do no generally seem interested in previously-published material. I'm sure there are exceptions, but I don't know what they would be -- maybe if your work gains a certain level of popularity that they want to tap into. But if your plan is to try to publish elsewhere I would refrain from publishing it here or anywhere else public, and instead seek feedback privately from peers.

If you want feedback, then it might be better to go for a beta reader. You can try to find one via this forum (https://forum.literotica.com/forums/editors-forum.9/) or contact the ones listed in the https://forum.literotica.com/threads/bohemian-bar-for-beta-readers.1161443/
That way you will not have a problem with publishing the story later.
You can also search the Internet for critique groups. Just make sure that you post to a private group where your work isn't visible to anyone not a part of the group.

The problem with sending an email of what I have written to people I know is that they will feel imposed on to say nice things about it.

I would rather see what strangers say about my stories, and see how many upvotes they get.

I looked at what one magazine has to say about short stories. They did not say anything about the internet. They did say they want a hard copy, double spaced.

may I still present it to literary magazines? Will they consider it for publication?
What's the cross-over between your targeted literary magazines and the porn/erotica audience here? I'd have thought, pick your audience and proceed accordingly.

In any event, the standard metric here is one comment per thousand Views, if you're lucky (unless you write in LW, but I'm not sure you'll get the literary feedback you're after in that category). Literotica is feedback lite.
