Bloomberg has released new swing state polling numbers as of 1/30 that suggest where Biden should be spending his time if he can muster up the energy.

Looking over this list I would be mostly focused on Pennsylvania, Michigan, MAYBE Ohio and Florida. I wouldn't bother at all with a Carolina. That's a complete waste of perfectly good tea time.
