Hi Kybele, there are literally NO documented instances of illegal immigrants voting in America. This is an absolute fiction foisted upon a gullible public by Republican blowhards.

There HAVE been instances of illegal immigrants attempting to REGISTER to vote, and these instances occur because some organizations pay individuals money to register new voters. By law, all registrations (even those signed "Mickey Mouse" must be turned in to local registrars, who then determine if the documentation provided is valid.

Hispanics will NOT vote for Republicans, at least in the forseeable future. One of the very few positive things George W. Bush did in office was to seek an outreach to Hispanics, he then received more Hispanic votes than any other Republican in the modern era. Unfortunately, Republicans decided to "rally the base", i.e. fire up their core white over-50 supporters around 2005 and one of the ways they did this was to demonize every person in America who didn't speak English. Hispanics took this as an insult and deserted the Republican party in droves.
