If Trump fails to achieve what the majority wanted but both parties refused to acknowledge, then we probably will have a real authoritarian movement take control, crush both parties, and kill lots of people, the same way the Fascists and Nazis gained power. Electing Trump may be the disenfranchised, independent, and silent majority's last attempt at necessary change through peaceful and constitutional means. We can expect such a movement to be an absolute clusterfuck, probably the end of the USA.
