I sense a theme...

I think it's the heat. It's mid summer for most of us, and 90 degrees with blistering sun where I am. Last thing I want to do is sit out in it. I did a lot of beach and island trips in my life, but I'd rather be moving on an invigorating mountain hike and enjoying nature's vistas. Although I could go for a Margarita while watching the sun set looking west over the ocean.

Ask me again in January, I doubt my destination would be Iceland then, lol.

Road trip! A cool city I've never been to before. I think the next one is going to be Nashville.

I love road trips! I go on several a year. I just put in 30 hours already this month.

Lot's a places. Trip of a lifetime though would to actually be on a sailing vessel and make way with some island hopping to New Zealand and Australia. I wouldn't want to be a lay about either but pull my own weight on board.

You need to go on a windjammer cruise in Maine. One of the best trips the boys and I ever took.

Me? Australia, NZ and Fiji. Because I'll never get there on my own. Or an African safari trip.

In the summer, I wouldn't go far. I would take a luxury cottage on an Island in Lake of the Woods, Ontario. A hot tub, fishing every day.

In the winter somewhere really warm, private and beautiful.

I would sail the Spice Islands (Moluccas) of Indonesia.

I would take the Lit tour and try to meet as many Litsters in the US and Canada.
