Just checked mine. I thought I had one on it. I have two. One because their sig is large, loud, annoying and stalls my computer and they never say anything worth reading anyway (no Red, definitely not you - I love your sig). The other one I don't even remember.

Hmm. I think prehaps then they did not understand my sense of humor. And not me being somewhat of a newbie at the time, the people should have at least asked me why I put that AV up. Oh well, the past is the past. I have since moved on better things. I don't neccasarily put naked bodies on my AV's unless its a form I admire. I'd have a pic of myself but, my camera does not function. ( it had a mishap in the shower.)

They don't need chains when they can make their own silken thread, either just thread or sticky thread.

The ordinary thread is for normal bondage. The sticky thread is to make sure that the victim has no possibility of escape. For hetero spiders the female produces silk to bind the male so he can't struggle even when she starts to eat him.

Their whips are made from plaited silk. Silk is strong but still effective. More knots = more pain...

I have one person on ignore, and my level of curiousity when I see him posting is surprisingly low. (An no, it's not Pure - even if he didn't have that "moderator" status he would probably only be on my limbo list for brief periods.)

But Lisa, I'm not sure I agree with your ignore criteria. I know one of the people you put on, and maybe I missed the key posts but I didn't see anything especially objectionable. Highly opinionated articulations of unpopular positions that while expressed in in-your-face terms were not in anyone's face personally. I didn't see a presumption of bad will in any of the posts (like "you must hate poor people!"), or any kind of personal ad-hominems at all. (I may well have missed though because I only scanned the thread lightly.) Those are the things that trigger my iggie button. Bombastic hyperbole at most triggers a eyeroll, whether I agree or disagree. (Chronic sneering would trigger my iggie, but - oh, I don't want to get personal so I won't say any more.)

Hopefully you see this - maybe someone can quote me just in case.

I don't find that the lack of personal attack makes them any less unpleasant - whether the opinions are popular or unpopular, hence my edit of your original statement.

Being rude and unpleasant to everyone in general or to large of groups of people one doesn't know does not strike me as noticably more attractive a behavior than singling out individuals. What it lacks in depth of offense, it generally makes up in breadth.
