im so excited

I LOVE YOU,DARLING

Love is like magic, and it will always be,
For Love still remains life's sweet mystery.
Love works in ways that are wondrous and strange,
there's nothing in life that Love cannot change.
Love can transform the most common place
into beauty, wonder, splender and grace.
Love is unselfish, understanding and kind.
For it sees with it's heart and not with it's mind.
Love gives and forgives, there's nothing too much
for Love to heal with it's magical touch.
For Love is a language that every heart speaks.
For Love is a language that every heart seeks.

SPECIAL LOVE

http://www.beautifulgreetingcards.com/cards/images/blisslove/dance.jpg

Sometimes I wake up
in the middle of the night
shivering from fright
feeling empty
feeling nothing
because I think about
how it would be
if you weren't here
And then I wonder
if you really know
how very much
you mean to me
how incredible
I think you are
how you are
a part of all my emotions
how you are
the deepest meaning in my life
Please always know
that I love you
more than anything else
in the world

If I could catch a rainbow,
I would do it just for you
And share with you it's beauty,
On the days you're feeling blue.

If I could, I'd build a mountain
You could call your very own,
A place to find serenity,
A place to be alone.

If I could take your troubles,
I would toss them in the sea,
But all these things I'm finding
are impossible for me.

I cannot build a mountain
Or catch a rainbow, fair,
But let me be what I know best,
A lover that's always there,

And a Love that will never disappear.

Jenny does Oman make fun of the way you talk or vice versa, or is that just something AA does to me???

Toni,
We both do alot of kidding around, not usually with accents but
expressions that differ from different parts of the country.
That is, when I can understand her LOL!!

AA is ALWAYS teasing me and making fun of my southern drawl. he claims that he does not have one, yeah right! But we do the same and he comes up with some off the walls expressions and I am saying, do what??? I thought my mom was bad about coming up with weird phrases, but he comes up with even more. So does Jenny talk real fast and you more slow paced? I remember when I work for JCPenney and I talked to ppl in NY and the ones that moved down here with the company. They all seemed to talk so fast! Hope you both have a great week.

Well, Toni, as Oman mentioned it's more of what we say than how we say it!;)

I think I do talk (or, as they say in NY, "tawk") faster than Oman (I'm trying not to finish his sentences!), plus I tend to use my hands for emphasis, which greatly amuses him!

I'm picking up words like "pop" (instead of soda); learning that we make hamburgers out of "ground beef" (rather than "chopped meat"); we have "steps" instead of a "stoop"; and I do make my NY friends laugh with my new-found "dangs" and "geezes".:D

Meanwhile,

Today, I'm excited about our first real SNOW of the season, although Oman does NOT like cold and/or winter weather!

Oman, hope your ride home today (at least you're in Omaha) goes smoothly! Love ya, darlin' (although "new" expression for me!).

Here we drinks cokes, no matter what brand, I drink Dr. Pepper, we make hamburgers out of hamburger meat or ground beef or chuck. He makes fun of my hey! like the Canadian's eh, and of course the ya'lls, but I don't say ya'll for one person, ya'll is plural. And he even makes fun of how I say pie, he says I say pah, something like that! Sometimes he will just start laughing when I say something and I know what he is thinking so I have to tell him to shaddup, even though he actually didn't say it. I think it would be pretty to have some snow, but like Oman, I don't like the winter/cold weather. Maybe it is from being raised here in Tx. Hope he has a safe trip home. Take care.

Be careful, my Darling

Finding yet another surprise downstairs (which I'm saving for a special "treat" later today).

Worrying about you as I imagine your journey to work (and the mail!) today. Hope you take things slowly today, while you made sure I'd be comfy and warm.

I can hardly see outside with everything so frozen!

Temps are only going up a little, yet I hope the sun will melt down some of the frost on the windows!

Sending along a load of    's to help your day go smoothly!

They are shoveling outside! Finally!
That was a "great" idea to wait until the temp dropped to 19 degrees! It's likely all iced by now.

:nana: :cathappy:

Me and kitty keeping warm. So thankful you brought in the ibuprofen last night!! Hope your back feels better.

Now, some bad news, then good news:;) (please notice the wink!).

NO "King of Queens" tonight at 8pm!

That's because they'll be showing the sold out Creighton/Nebraska game!!:D

One team will get their first defeat tonight!

Brrrrrrrrrrr Baby!!

Wish I could be keeping you warm right now! (Looks like I'll be spending most of the day upstairs with socks and covers and kitty!);)

Temp should be allowed to be in the single digits this time of day (9 degrees!).

Sorry we missed the episode (never thought I'd find myself conking out by 1:30am!).
