I hope you and your family had a great day! We had a feast with some great made from scratch desserts. I had my favorite! Sweet potato log roll. It's the best spice to my tongue 😋

I have no idea what boxing day sales is. I wonder if it's like our black Friday sales after Thanksgiving. Mad house of a shopping day that I will never partake in ever again. My friend drug me to one a long time ago and said I would need to get used to it since I had a kid. She was crazy if she ever thought I would ever go back. People are so rude during that night!

I think Boxing Day sales aren’t really sales. They’re just full priced items … but you fight the cashier for a discount. It seems unfair that you have to be gifted at pugilism to get a bargain but … I don’t make the rules.

I certainly could have punched some people today however none were working in the stores.
I detest people so much.

Most people will react to how I treat them. I make a game of it. I will smile and say hi to just about anyone! It's funny when they smile back automatically and it looks like their face cracked from changing state. I can almost see the dust falling away like it does from stone 😄

Here in Sweden it has always been a sale starting today. And yes, it's something like the Black Friday you have, but it's over several days. It usually ends after New Year. Some left overs are still on sale though, but the big sale is from today until New Year.
