The pregnancy itself being unanticipated? That's a good question. I do think it's more story than sexy, but I wonder if there's a scenario where that becomes sexy. I think if it does, it has to tie into the story. I think the unintentional possible impregnation can be, depending on how it's handled. Off the top of my head, for example, I can think of a story where two lovers who are committed but not quite at that point are using condoms, and it breaks. The guy freaks out (mostly on her behalf), but she just gets him ready for another round and tosses the box aside. That kind of enthusiastic embrace of "what will be will be" is kind of hot.

In my experience, as a writer and lover of incest stories, the readership is quite polarised over incestuous pregnancy. For every comment you get cheering the illicit lovers on, there'll be someone complaining that the story has been ruined by adding that element to the pot. As someone who finds incestuous pregnancy a turn-on, I will on occasion write it in to the story, but I know it won't be universally popular.
