“I guess you guys don’t throw that many parties then,” Ian said when he heard Sam mention that Jason was always like that. “I bet it’s even a challenge for someone to order food. So, how did you get to be in Kappa Nu?” Ian asked out of curiosity. He had been going to the same college for the last three years, yet he never met anyone in this house, let alone been told how anyone got to join. He was genuinely curious mainly because of the difference that existed from this house to all the other ones on campus.

Ian looked at Sam as she plucked the loose thread. He took a quick moment to see how comfortable she was lying down on her bed, looking like there wasn’t a care in the world, as he admired her shapely figure. “I’m kind of surprised you’re not studying like it’s the end of the world,” he told Sam knowing that she was in the nursing program. He kept his hands at his sides, not wanting to make any move that could possibly be viewed as inappropriate, especially with seeing how overprotective Jason seemed to be. “And how, exactly, is your day better now that I’m here?” he inquired as his eyes finished going from leering at her lovely body to her eyes.

"No, not really. We have dinners, but that's usually the extent of the excitement." The redhead gave a sheepish smile as he asked how she even got in to the fraternity. "I'm a legacy, so I didn't really have to jump through to many hoops," she answered. Her mind wandered a moment, wondering how she was going to tell him everything, explain that he could join if he chose to do so, but he would still be welcomed no matter what.

Sam noted how he kept his hands to himself, almost like he was being overly cautious. Did Jason scare him? Smiling to herself, she grabbed the hand closest to her and pulled him to her. "Oh, for certain reasons," she added coyly, before kissing him gently.

Ian listened as he heard Sam mention that she was a legacy. Though it seemed like the most logical reason, there was a hint of doubt that was the only reason she got into the house. With the other answer that she gave him, he raised his eyebrow before feeling his arm being grabbed.

Ian’s heart began to race a little as he found himself in a matter of a few seconds being kissed. Though it was gentle, it was highly unexpected. He didn’t fully expect her to make the first move, though he didn’t rule it out. As he felt her soft lips press against his, he instinctively pressed his together and kissed her back. It took him a moment to realize that his hand was on her ass, though there was no indication that she was currently, or in the near future, going to care.

After a few moments of gently making out, he pulled his head back a little bit, looking and smiling at her. “So, I guess I shouldn’t worry about asking you out on Friday night now, huh?” he stated with a grin. Though he was still somewhat unsure what made him stand out, he figured that he had all semester to find out. He leaned back against her and kissed her lips again. This time, however, he kissed her with more passion as he pressed his body closer to Sam.

She relaxed when he kissed her back. She had a very slight worry in the back of her mind that he would be put off by her being so forward... But she craved him and needed to taste his lips again. Soon she felt his hand on her ass, lightly squeezing and she giggled as he momentarily broke the kiss.

"You'll never need to worry," she breathed as his lips were back on hers. Sam laid back as he leaned into her, and she bit at his bottom lip, hand sliding to the back of his head and tousling the hair there.

Ian had no idea how much time had passed with his make out session with Sam. Once he felt her hands in his hair, he pulled her onto her side and felt her chest press against his as he did the same thing with her long, silky red hair. He felt their tongues meet each other while trying to go into the others mouth. There was no doubt that the make out session would be a little clunky since they hardly knew each other, though he admitted to himself that was part of the fun. While they continued to find a nice rhythm with each other, he did notice that he was starting to get more and more aroused as his member started to get a bit harder. He wondered how long it would take before Sam noticed, probably by feeling, the bulge develop in his pants.

After what felt like an eternity passed, he broke their kiss and looked deep into her eyes. “Wow,” was all that Ian could say at first. His mind was still blown that this lovely lady lying next to him was still so into him. “So, about that picture,” he began to say, trying to switch topics. As much as he admired and was enjoying what was going on, he wanted to make sure that he was still acting like a civilized person and not a douche. “Also, does this mean that we’re dating?” he asked wanting to get an idea of what was going on in her mind as far as what they would be classifying their relationship as.

She chuckled as he brought up the picture. Was that really a priority right now? Though, maybe she should pump the brakes. Did he want to take things slower? But then why did he say earlier he wanted a more 'adult-ish' picture?

Sam shrugged at his asking if they were dating. "Sure, let's go with that." Dating, courting, going steady. Any of those terms didn't seem to quite match what they were. At least for her.

"So, about that picture," she repeated back to him. "What did you have in mind?"

“I’m not entirely sure,” Ian admitted as he sat up a little bit. “I mean, as long as it doesn’t look like a selfie, it should be good, I guess.” He reached his hand out and helped pull Sam up with him. There was no doubt in his mind that he was making a top-class fool of himself and he wouldn’t be surprised if Sam thought the same thing.

“I was just not expecting my day to progress as fast as it has,” he finally said after taking a small breath. “Don’t get me wrong, you’re a great kisser, but I don’t know that much about you. I know we have a same class together, you’re a legacy to one of the most exclusive houses, but it feels like I should know more about you before we’re this far along,” he stated knowing how stupid it would’ve sounded to any other person in college, knowing he was turning down getting laid instantly.

He leaned back in and kissed her again gently. There was no mistaking that her lips were so enticing. “How about we have dinner tomorrow after we get done with our classes?” Ian suggested to Sam. “Get to know more about each other, make it seem like we’re not just going straight from hi to let’s fuck in two seconds flat.” As he finished speaking, he started to pull his phone out of his pocket. He was a bit surprised at how late it was, already almost 11 at night and all they had pretty much done was make out. He opened his camera and took a picture of Sam from the neck up.

“And without sounding too hypocritical, it is a lot later than I expected…” he said as he let his voice trail off. He knew it was already dark out when he headed over, but now it would be beyond pitch black in the section of the campus with not a lot of lighting.

Her face sombered a bit as he spoke, the words almost echoing her thoughts. How was he resisting the pull so easily? It was almost painful for her to not reach out and tear his shirt off.

His kiss eased her thoughts, and his comment made laugh as he took the picture. "Fine, we can get dinner," she said, feigning disappointment. While she was a bit disappointed, she was relieved that he wasn't just pushing her away. If only he knew how much her body wanted to go from hi to fuck in two seconds...

"I guess this is good night, then?"

Ian gave a bit of a sleepy smile as he heard her agree to dinner tomorrow night. Shortly, after the smile, came the small yawn. Ian had been more of a morning person so this was already getting to be fairly late for him. “Any chance that goodnight can include me not walking half way across the campus so late at night with it being fairly cold? I’m also blaming your bed for being fairly comfortable,” he added as he attempted to stand up. “I wouldn’t mind if I was sent to sleep on the couch or some guest room… Or here?” he inquired empathetically knowing that she probably wouldn’t turn down the chance to at least have him asleep in bed with her.

“Though,” he added, “If I do sleep in your bed with you, it would have to be on a good behavior basis,” he said with a slight grin. Aside from his wallet and keys, Ian didn’t really have anything on him. The only downside is that he would be doing a walk of shame in the morning without doing very much in the shaming department.

Was he actually tired already? Sam was typically a night owl, so going to bed before midnight was early for her.

"You'd probably be best off staying here," she started, trying to keep her elation contained. "My housemates would harass you incessantly if you slept on the couch." They wouldn't let her hear the end of it either.

She stood and wandered over to her dresser and pulled out a tank top and thin shorts."Do you need a change of clothes or anything?" With a smirk on her face, Samantha turned away from him and pulled her shirt over her head and tossed it into her hamper, followed by her bra, leaving her bare back exposed to Ian. She could be on good behavior, but that didn't mean she couldn't make it hard for him.

Ian was not fully surprised that she offered to let him sleep in her bed with her. He thought about it for a moment when she inquired if he needed anything to sleep in. Aside from the fact that it would probably require her asking some guy in the house, which would be awkward enough, he decided to opt out and make do with what he had. As he thought about it, he figured he would probably be up and out fairly early in the morning anyways. “I should be good,” he told her as he watched her stand up and get undressed.

Ian took off his jeans and his socks as he admired looking at Samantha’s smooth skin before seeing it be covered up by her shirt she was going to be sleeping in. As Ian looked around the room, he tried to see if he could get a glimpse of her breasts from a mirror.

Sam noticed in the dresser mirror that he Ian was trying to catch sight of her front side, so she turned just slightly as she pulled the tank top on. She shimmied her pants down over her hips, wiggling her ass at him for just a few short moments, before sliding the shorts up her legs.

Crawling back onto the bed she gave him a mischievous grin. "So does behaving mean I have to stay in my side and you on yours? Or is cuddling allowed?"

Ian lay down on the bed which felt great. There was no doubt that it was at least a queen sized bed, much bigger than his twin sized bed, if it could be called that. He watched as Sam finished getting dressed for bed with her shorts. She looked just as good in her sleepwear as she did in her normal clothes. He looked at Sam as she grinned and asked about boundaries. “I think we can cuddle. It’s not my bed so I don’t get to make the rules,” he added wanting to reassure her that he would be alright with whatever she had decided. “Is there any way you prefer to sleep, Samantha?” he inquired as he figured it would be a good idea to get somewhat of a pattern established if they were going to be a couple.

She scrunched her nose and made a face as he called her Samantha. "Call me Sam," she reminded him.

"I just want you to be comfortable," she added with a slight sigh. She laid down on her side facing him, propping her head on her hand. "You already seem like you feel a little awkward, and I know this," she waved her hand in the air between them, "seems wierd and rushed..."

Ian gave a little smile as she scrunched her face and reminded him to call her Sam. “Sorry, force of habit,” he said in all honesty. He watched as she propped herself up and mentioned that she wanted him to be comfortable. “Yes, it is a bit awkward and rushed. How often have you had someone you just met join you in bed?” Ian questioned, hoping it would be viewed as more of a rhetorical question.

He felt that she was trying to be more accommodating than she probably wanted to be with him. He still wasn’t entirely sure as to why she was so drawn to him. As he continued to lay down with her, he decided to reach around her body and pull her closer to him. Though it was a bit strange, he moved her body to the other side, pulling her back against his chest. “How about you get to put my hands wherever you feel is appropriate,” he suggested figuring she wouldn’t mind putting them anywhere she wanted. “Is this comfortable for you?”

"You're the first," she said, knowing he didn't really want an answer, but hoped it would put his mind a bit more at ease. And hopefully he'd be the last if everything went they way it should.

Before she settled back into him, she reached over and turned the light off on the nightstand, brining the room to an almost pitch black save for the dim light filtering in around the doorway. Nestling her ass back against his hips, she laced her fingers with his. "I'll behave and keep it PG..." With Ian's arms around her, she relaxed. She felt safe, secure, at home.

Ian watched as the light became turned off. He felt a little bad about having Sam go to bed a bit early, though he also probably thought that she wouldn’t mind if it meant spending more time in the same bed with him. He felt her ass press against his groin as they both got situated in the bed. Ian tried to make sure that he didn’t get hard, trying to falsely lead Sam on as he felt her body against him.

It wasn’t until he felt her lace her fingers with his that he realized, aside from the make out session; he hadn’t really felt much of her skin, though he was right when he thought that it was fairly smooth. “I appreciate it,” he told her quietly before moving his lips to her neck and gave it a quick kiss. “Though, it is your bed and if you decide to move them anywhere, I won’t get mad. And if I end up moving them in my sleep, I’ll try to be good,” Ian added as he felt her hair on his body as he began to fall asleep, curious as to what the following day would bring.

She kept her mouth shut, even though he was confusing her with his words and actions. He wanted to behave, yet here he was with his arms wrapped around her, kissing her neck, and telling her that she could put his hands wherever she wanted... She silently wondered if he was more submissive. Which she hoped he wasn't, she knew she needed someone with a backbone and would challenge her. Sam pushed the thoughts to the back of her mind for the time being and slowly drifted off.

---

A groan of protest came from the redhead as she felt Ian stir next to her. She was not a morning person by any means. She'd even done to her best throughout her time at the college to ensure none of her classes were before 10:00am.

He wasn’t sure what time it was when he started to stir in the morning. The one thing that Ian did know was that he would be waking up with a woman in the same bed. His fingers were no longer entwined with Sam’s and he slowly opened his eyes, noting neither of them really moved that much from the way they fell asleep. Ever so quietly and carefully, he tried to move his hands back to him, not wanting to wake Sam up. When he successfully did that, he started to get up and out of bed.

As he stood there in his shirt and boxers, he was wondering what his roommate Tom was going to ask. There was no doubt that a degree of concern would exist, seeing how he never went back to his dorm room last night. As he put on his jeans, socks and shoes, he looked over at Sam who was looking like she was beginning to wake up. He walked over towards her and told her to go back to bed. “I’ll see you later at class,” he mentioned as he quietly opened the door and went out. As he started his not-quite-walk-of-shame, he looked at his phone and saw it wasn’t even 7 yet. After looking at the time, he pulled up his photos and assigned the pic of Sam to her in his contacts. He knew it would be a few hours before their class would start.

Sam rolled to her stomach and tucked her arms under the pillow, inhaling deeply as she got comfortable again. She groggily wonder how was he awake at such an ungodly hour? Sleepily she waved goodbye, "See you later."

She strolled into the classroom and saw Ian already there. She flashed him a smile and walked over to sit next to him." Hi there," she greeted him.

She pulled out her textbook and notebook and flipped through her notes in the few minutes before class was supposed to start. She'd managed to get in a bit of studying before class, though took a decently long break when her friend and housemate Leah came busting into the room asking a ton of questions. Apparently news of her imprinting had spread like wildfire. Who was he? What did he look like? Did they solidify the bond...

"Did you sleep well?"

Ian had already taken care of everything and was already in the classroom as he waited for the instructor to show up. He was working on going over notes to see just how hectic this course was going to be for him. Before he knew it, he watched Sam come into the room, looking much more livelier than this morning. “Hey,” he replied as he smiled back at her.

He watched as Sam got her notes out and organized before hearing her ask about how he slept. “I did sleep well,” he replied with a sheepish grin. When his roommate asked what happened last night, he gave a few vague details. Though he could tell that it was killing him, he didn’t want to mention too much about him sleeping with a girl, especially one that was in Kappa Nu.

“I hope I didn’t inconvenience you too much this morning,” he said fairly quietly. He wasn’t sure who knew if she was a member of the fraternity, nor did he want some reason for some animosity to exist in their class. In the back of his mind, he would count last night as their first “date”, wondering if there would be any objection if he brought it up later tonight after dinner. “So, what kind of food do you like?” Ian inquired as he wanted to find something nice for later.

"No, you didn't. I'm just not a morning person." She glanced up from the papers in front of her as he asked what she liked to eat. "I'm not picky." She looked back down, scribbling something before continuing, realizing he was probably trying to get an idea of where to go. "We could try the new Italian place in town," she suggested quietly as the teacher walked in.

“Italian sounds good,” he chimed in, thinking it wouldn’t be a bad idea. “Any idea on when I should pick you up tonight?” Ian inquired before class started. Even as class began, he pulled out his phone and set up a digital reservation for 9PM. With today’s workload, he figured he could sneak in a quick nap and not be as tired as he was last night.

Ian was surprised that class went as smoothly as it did. Though they were next to each other and didn’t really talk or text, the time did seem to go by fairly quickly. As class finished up, he looked over at Sam. “So,” he began to say, “I hope I didn’t cause any issues with any of your housemates. I didn’t notice any of them when I was leaving,” Ian added as he finished packing up all of his books and notes. “Any idea on how nice the new Italian place is supposed to be?” he asked as he helped Sam with her notes and books.

"I can be ready by 7."

Sam did her best to focus during the class, taking relevant notes, fighting the urge to touch him... Soon enough it was over. "Thanks," she said as he helped her gather her things. "No one said anything." She knew it was a lie, but she didn't want him to feel like he embarrassed or inconvenienced her.

She walked with him out the door and down the hall. "I'm guessing it's probably nicer than the Olive Garden." She shrugged her shoulders. "So probably dressy casual?"

Ian listened to Sam say that she could be ready by 7. He made a mental note to see about the reservation getting changed by an hour earlier. When he heard that she suggested dressy causal, he started to think of what he had to wear.

The rest of the day dragged on for Ian. No matter what, it felt like 7 wouldn’t arrive soon enough. Once he finished with his last class, he went back to his dorm room and got a shower in and cleaned up. After spending some time, he found a nice button up shirt and some dark jeans. By 7, he was already at Sam’s fraternity knocking on the door, being greeted by Jason again.

“Good evening, Jason,” Ian said. “Any chance Sam is ready?” he inquired while sitting down on the couch. Shortly after he did, he watched as Sam walked into the room. “You look lovely. Are you ready to go?” he asked as he stood up.
