According to some research, about 35 percent of the female population worldwide had sexual fantasies related to incest.
Of course, not all of them were encouraged to go all the way, but in any case, the percentage of women who have been in incestuous relationships for a shorter or longer period of time is quite large and, according to my free estimate, is around 10 percent, which in absolute numbers would be more than 450 million.
Reading the comments here, I got the impression that more than 90 percent of them were written by male profiles, which in itself is proof that women are still not comfortable enough to speak openly on this topic...I consider that a big mistake, because only by speaking out loud and openly we will make people accept incest as something completely normal... which it actually is.
CHALLENGE FOR ALL WOMEN
Let's talk openly and loudly about incest.

You have to understand that about 90% of all profiles here are male, and that includes far too many males pretending to be female.

That's crystal clear to me, but I would still be happy if women would speak more freely about that topic.
My experience is that I have received many negative reactions, but far more than that which is positive, and that fact encourages me to move on.

Your assertion that it is "completely normal" is way off base imo

I don't think you understand that the vast majority of experiences people have had with incest are negative ones from which they spend the entire rest of their lives trying to recover.
I am talking about experiences that are acquired through mutual desire and consent. I know that there are others and I sincerely regret that.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I respect that, but mine is completely different.
True.
I can throw out bs statistics too.

Just because 75% of women have rape fantasies it doesn't mean they actually want it to happen irl.

Sex with your son is sick imo even if you waited till he was of age you had influence on his acceptance of that deviant behavior

I think you are going to find that few women are willing to talk about incest, even if it was consensual and a good experience.

My my, what a little hornets nest!
I note all references are parent related. What about siblings etc.? Those with emerging curiosities and urges, a perfectly natural transition. What about those living in remote circumstances where connection with others of similar age is seldom and difficult?
I have no idea–or interest–in statistics but I do sympathise with those who have suffered due to family experiences. But is part of this suffering fuelled by societal attitudes and outspoken condemnations?
As for women–or anyone else–talking openly about past experiences it doesn't surprise me this is rare when the above comments, language, and attitudes are taken into consideration.

A Fair Question?

I don't know how anyone would go about researching a subject as taboo as incest, (not to mention illegal carrying heavy penalties). Why would anyone involve themselves in a study that could result in their prosecution? Without actual people who are, or have been involved in incest, how can anyone have accurate statistics when an accurate study is unlikely. Without legitimate studies, how can anyone know how many incestuous relationships result in a positive or a negative experience? Where do people get these supposed statistics?
