What... What does this even mean?
Emily's link shows a bunch of Home Inspection checklists for like recording repair and maintenance needs on a house for sale...
Which does attract some plot bunnies, but probably for a more skilled Loving Wives writer than me

Only the OP can know for sure, but I assume that they seek checklists or fillable cards for the proper inspection of a female submissive or slave.
There is, in Gorean culture, a position to be taught to female slaves called "Inspection" (also "Examination" or "Display"). Standing, legs spread wide, hands behind the head with elbows pulled back, spine slightly arched with breasts presented proudly.
The slave in this position may have her body inspected carefully - and I assume that the OP intends to complete some kind of documentation as they do so.
It is a rather humiliating position to put oneself in, esp if one is required to hold the position for an extended period of time under careful examination, or the slave is put into this position, naked of course, while a social event of some kind transpires around her.
