Apparently you've forgotten that the US sold WMD to Iraq which was then used on the Kurds living in Iraq. And also on Iranians when Iraq invaded Iran and Saddam realized he did a stupid thing when Iran started kicking his ass.

In the First Gulf War, Iraq invaded and occupied Kuwait, and the US came to the aid of the Kuwaitis. I would certainly not describe expelling an aggressor as genocide.

And I see you've also forgotten that the US said it wasn't any of our business and it was a matter between Iraq and Kuwait when Iraq started moving forces to the border. Hell, even I knew that was complete bullshit and that the US wouldn't let Iraq stay in Kuwait.
The US could have stopped the invasion before it started if we had wanted to.

I mean American forces abandoned Iraq, creating a power vacuum which was filled by ISIS. This would not have happened f even a token force of Americans had remained.

You're ignoring the fact that the reason for the US troops leaving Iraq was an agreement orchestrated by Bush. Obama had no choice, short of another invasion.
Yes, you can blame Obama, but in order to do so you have to include that he should have violated the agreement.
