I actually spent a week in Dublin a couple of years ago. If there is such a place as heaven on Earth, it's definately Ireland.

ah I have just never found them very attractive in general.

Well some people do have types of gals they like and not like...

Cead Mile Failte!!!

I am mostly Irish (also English/German)...maternal grandfather came over from County Mayo. I love my Irish heritage and coordinated volunteers for the local Irish festival for a while! I look Irish...lol...with auburn hair (now out of a box), hazel eyes and pale skin that rarely tans, just burns unless I take it very very slow.

I love the Irish and travelling to see Ireland is my biggest dream!

:rose:

Sorry I was not trying to sound cross.. I just pointed out that it is true that we all have our own likes

I'm of Irish descent with a full blooded Irish father. I take after him in looks and manner. I have bright auburn hair, dark blue eyes, and I have that pale, creamy skin. :)

Ah right, sorry. Im just one of those people that prefers people from other cultures, just more interesting i guess. Which isnt exactly uncommon :)

*Smiles shyly*

Thank you gentlemen. :) I'm sure that I would have you on a merry chase after me. *chuckle*

Here in Texas, redheads are actually kind of scorned. We're not the classic blonde beauties that Texas is known for. And the men here prefer the blondes over the redheads. The blondes attract all the male attention, but I think us redheads stand out more. :)

I can do an impression of an Irish accent that's not too bad (for an American). Close enough? :D

well hopefully one day you're dream wil come true
and by the sounds you'll fit in just nicely...

I sure hope so! I have always had a fantasy of being an Irish peasant woman working in a pub! With long skirts and white apron...face unadorned...just my smile and twinkling eyes to see me through...hee hee...I played that out somewhat at the Irish festivals.

:D

Anybody who ever gets an oppurtunity to visit Ireland should take it. I really enjoyed my time there. Everyone was very friendly. In my opinion, it seems like the Irish still like Americans, unlike the rest of the world.

Plus, there are pints of Guinness and redheads every where.

I hope I hope I hope! Although...the redheads...aren't a real attraction for me...I am one...well still am one from a box! :D

But I see pictures...of those wonderful cottages and mossy lands and stone walls...the colors in the damp and cloudiness are so vibrant.

OH..........I hope!
