I’m lost. What was in it? I would have tested its contents onto a paper towel. Maybe it was personal lubricant. Or snot butter.

It was empty. There was a disposable soap bottle on the shelf.

My thought process is this; they retired the old wall mounted soap dispenser in favor of just using bottles. But people were complaining the dispenser was empty, so somebody decided to put a label on it.

Unfortunately they didn't think it through. They should have just labeled it "out of service."
