Some things are just plain tasteless and this is one of them. It is obviously not illegal and if the graphics and mechanics are good, I've no doubt the game will sell.

A game where you could substitute your parents for the Kennedys might be legal and sell also, but I wouldn't defend it.

Um... Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004? Does it have the WTC? I know the MFS 98 had the WTC but I'm sure the game uses Boeing 727s instead of 737's.

Well, I think since all people are different for some it can prevent the snap, for some it can make them snap. In the end the REAL reason for desaster has to be searched in many other things first BUT I think in some cases those games tend to be the 'role model' for how and what is done. (See Columbine or Erfurt)
