is online love real?

I may catch crap for saying so, but isn't looks part of the "real person"? I'm not saying that it should be THE determining factor, but I can imagine that appearance could be a huge issue when meeting someone you've interacted with alot, formulated an image in your mind, and it turns out they look nothing like what you expected.
True..it is a fact that physical looks plays a big part.It is reality..you can't fall inlove with someone that you have to cover his/her face when making out.. :D

Don't get me wrong here..accept it somehow it plays a part in a relationship.Speaking online, never experience it but some of my friends does and some are successful..some not..it really depends on how you will take it in real life..So I can say it is possible to happen.. ;)

u met online and u can swear you are in love. Now what? Is on line love for real?

a loaded question. What defines real love and 'fake' love? Is there such a division of love?
Personally, I believe people can fall in love online. It is a bold leap however. You not only risk being lied to because face it, you can say anything and be anyone online and the other person won't know about the REAL you. This will set you up for a broken heart. I speak from an experience I had 9 years ago.

Tread lightly and with caution....
