I think that's Italian rather than Spanish.

All of the English-language videos that I checked are machine readings, very robotic. The Italian ones sound more human, though I'll leave it to an actual speaker to verify that.

From their "about" :

"E poi ancora ci siamo detti, si può fare di più, ed abbiamo pensato di aggiungere un altro link dove troverete il video (rigorosamente vietato ai minori di 18 anni) della scena finale, la più calda, cosi da rendere il reale possibile la storia che avete letto."

Most of their "videos" have a couple of links in the info section to some sort of swinger site and their photo site. I suspect the YT channel is more about steering people towards those sites than an end in itself.
