You were a little confusing on that one.
How long before the UN condemns them while looking the other way as Iran arms the enemies of Israel. Having lived in a place where they routinely flew over, I can tell you, they might be stealthy to radar, but they fly low and powerful. You can hear them coming from miles away. Any citizens of Iran who witnessed the flyover would have been been impressed, and not in a good way. It would strike another blow to their belief in their government's ability to defend itself, even from its own people.
Not at all. At least I didn't think so. Iran, Russia, and China should be worried if the report is true, not us. We (the US) should be quite pleased.
What enemies of Israel are left? Have you been watching what's happening in Saudi Arabia? All Iran is left with is what's left of Syria, and the Palestinians. The Palestinians in the Gaza won't be getting much, Egypt has become very proactive is preventing Iranian weaponry from getting in that patch of dirt. Likewise Hezbollah in S. Lebanon has been shut off as well, Syria needs the material more. Actually I can't help but wonder if many of the Hezbollah fighters haven't been siphoned off to help the Syrians/Iranians?
I saw that too. Add the caveat "with in air refueling" and there ya go. Saying that there is a great deal in the article missing regarding detail.
And then there is the fact that we have tankers in Iraq. So I can see a scenario where the Israeli's say, "Hey, we'd like to test these new jets against the S-300 systems."
We say, "Fine, we'll make sure you're tanked up as long as get all the data you get."
Nothing like a little quo quid pro to move things along.
