How does one "void" urine?

Is it when you pretend it's not there and don't flush?

I took it there was an assumed word or two omitted. As in to void oneself of urine.

I actually had a housemate who did that on a regular basis. You always knew it was him, because he didn't drink enough and it looked like a pint of beer with foam on top.

I've also known people who've rendered turd transactions null and void
