Back from a 62km ride in the heat. It was intense. It included some hard climbingI Final average speed of 28.2 km/h. I am pretty proud of me!!

hope you will like this one... Many thanks to my neighbour ( It's not even a joke !) for the filming etc. Always nice to have a friendly neighbour ready to give you a hand!
As you could see I usually do all the pictures myself, with nobody but me involved. Most of the time.

What a lucky neighbor… seems I live in the wrong place and haven’t found the right cycling buddies yet.
