So I looked up what the same stats were in 1990 and only one quarterback averaged over 250 yards a game, and that was Warren Moon. So if it’s 5 now, that’s an increase of 500%.

I’m sure you meant 250 yards per game rather than years, but some of those games felt like 250 years before they reduced TV timeouts and cut halftime from 15 minutes to 12 minutes.

Wrt to passing yards per game, rule changes, offensive schemes and more quarterback development programs have changed everything.
