I say that in fairness because the governors of Cal from, I believe 1991 through 2004, were republican. That being said, the political landscape after 2004 started their march to off the charts progressiveness and lack of common sense. Any state that would make reparations an issue is bat shit crazy. How much funding has been diverted to this ridiculous endeavor over fire dep needs.
