Well I have to tell ya, I enjoy the lefty , and rightie races also. That is one time ole Robbie Gordon can shine. Plus Ron Fellows, Scott Sharp. and a couple of the other imports. J Gordon, M Martin, Rudd, Harvick, are pretty good road racers. Some of the ole red neck boys don't much like the road courses. Marlin, Jarrett, neither of the Burtons, Kinseth, Waltrip, and even Junior are not very fond of the road courses.

I can't wait, I'm going to Sonama this weekend. Maybe I'll get a glimpse of Junior... who knows. I may even try for the Glen this summer. I've never been there, but I heard it's a blast.

My friend Rachel and a few other friends are going to be joining me. I'm the real race fan, they're just coming for the adventure. Rachel will be fine, but the guys are already talking about maybe busting out early. Rachel and I are taking the Cobra, that way they can do whatever they want.

I lost a lot of respect for the guys when I heard that they thought racing is boring... I thought it was thier girlfriends who were the issue, but Rachel set me straight. I'm going to have to make new friends I think... shouldn't be too hard.

Your racing road trip should be to Indianapolis.. for the Brickyard. Good race and lots of fun..

Hey Jenn,
I am glad to hear you are going to Sonoma. I am not so sure you want to get the Cobra caught up in a crowd like that. With all the drunks and wanna be Dale Jr.s trying to lead the pack after the race it would be dangerous. The dailey driver type car is best for that type trip. Plus after sitting in the hot sun all day the A/C is going to feel good in the dailey driver.
I also would love to do The Glen. Plus the village of Watkins Glen should be right down your alley with all the arts&krafts.
Now, speaking of that big Ole Cobra, You have a very nice example of one. Can ya imagine sitting in race traffic, with that 428 snorting and growling, wanting to be turned loose? No A/C and the temp guage rising, top down and you getting as hot at the temp guage?
Whatever you decide, enjoy the race and have a good time.

Sonama was really good

I was with a group of people though who have no idea of this side of my life, so I was a perfect lady all day. I spent most of my time in a hospitality tent. I have to find a different crowd to go to the races with. Those guys were there for the party and I was there for the race. The two don't mix well with this group.
