The government has control over who uses the airwaves and how. Users have to obtain a license and those licenses come with rules attached no different that having to be licensed to drive on public roadways. If there is an issue re. how those various rules and regulations are interpreted or enforced............back to the courts.

No court case.............no problem.

Broadcast licenses do come with rules, but those rules are about spectrum use, technical standards, and indecency—not about protecting politicians from criticism. Comparing it to a driver’s license misses the point: driving is a privilege, while political speech is a constitutional right.
